Janey did a photoshoot at the weekend and I have just got the images back from the photographer. Check out his work here: jacobarmitage

I have been narrowing them down and messing around with them on photoshop, trying to create sepia and film grain effect and have come up with these final few..

I wish there was a bit more variety within the outfits but it ended up all being a bit rushed and I just grabbed a few bits that were laying about and ran out the door!

I am wanting to use the images on swing tags and things for certain pieces, as well as use them on blogs and social networks etc.
Along with the model shoots I'm just going to be on the look out for anything pretty, unusual and inspiring so shall try and keep my camera on me at all times from now on!

Today I had a welcome day off, so spent it sourcing vintage, of course! I found so many amazing amazing amazing 60's and 70's bits and bobs. I also met a lovely old lady who spend a long time telling me all about her experience of the late 60's.

There were so many more stunning things I wanted to get but I am trying to stick to a budget, so picked out just a few based on colourful original prints, bright colours, textures and little details.

I've photographed everything this aft before it all gets packed away ready to be adopted at Janey's next stall (which will be soon!)

Just a few of the gorgeous prints I fell for

I got a few 80's bits too...

and couldn't resist these little purses

and these super cute vintage floral stacking hat boxes, they're a bit sun faded but in my opinion that makes them even better!

aaaaand also this cute 60's bed spread, I thought the print was far too cute to leave behind. I was planning to use it to make some re-mades but I can't bring myself to cut it up.

I could go on all day but I'll leave it here for now!
