Yesterday Janey had its first stall with Judy's affordable vintage fair which was in the corn exchange in Leeds. I kept it fairly quiet, only telling a few people just incase anything went wrong, which I needn't have done!
It was a great success and an amazing day, I loved every minute of it. The only thing I found hard was parting with all the amazing vintage pieces I'd worked so hard to source and repair, but it also felt very rewarding. I can't wait to do it again.

So now I'm going to be busy re-building up stock ready for the next fair!
I didn't get much time to take pictures and wish I'd taken some of individual pieces before they sold, but I managed to snap a few of the stall and venue, when it wasn't too busy.

Vintage dresses, tops, cardi's and shorts were very popular as were the re-works. I hardly have any skirts left so it's time to get sewing up some more. I'm going to make up more scarf tops too in the next few weeks so will be on the look out for unusual vintage scarves and laces, and of course will be out sourcing more beautiful vintage on my next day off. I can't wait to get started!
